1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Leago AI Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Refer Bonuses platform at www.referbonuses.com (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

IMPORTANT: These Terms contain an arbitration clause and class action waiver that affect your legal rights. Please read Section 15 carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

3. Platform Description

Refer Bonuses is a platform that connects:

• Referrers: Users who submit referral links for products and services
• Applicants: Users who search for and use referral links

We use AI-powered technology to verify referral links and intelligently match applicants with appropriate referrers. We are a platform facilitator and do not:

• Guarantee that any referral bonus will be paid
• Control or verify the terms of third-party referral programs
• Act as a party to any transaction between referrers and applicants
• Provide financial, legal, or tax advice

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

To submit referral links as a referrer, you must subscribe to one of our paid plans:

• First Month Trial: $2.99 for the first month
• Monthly Plan: $29.99/month after trial
• Annual Plan: $199/year (savings compared to monthly)

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Update payment information as needed
• Pay all fees when due
• Be responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• Your referral links will remain active until the end of the billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods

5.5 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support@referbonuses.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent referral links
• Submit referral links you do not own or have permission to share
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate our matching algorithm
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Platform

6.2 Referrer Responsibilities

If you submit referral links, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to share the referral link
• The referral link is valid and functional
• You have accurately described the product and bonus
• You comply with all terms of the underlying referral program
• You will not submit more than 20 active referral links

6.3 Applicant Responsibilities

If you use referral links, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for reviewing the terms of any third-party offer
• We do not guarantee the availability or terms of any bonus
• You must comply with the third party's terms and conditions
• Any disputes regarding bonuses are between you and the third party

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Leago AI Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7.3 User Content

By submitting referral links or other content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, products, and services. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites
• The terms or availability of third-party referral programs
• Any transactions between you and third parties
• Payment or delivery of referral bonuses by third parties

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the quality or availability of referral links

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAGO AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Damages arising from third-party referral programs or bonuses
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9.3 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will receive any referral bonuses, earn any income, or achieve any particular results from using the Platform. Any testimonials or success stories are not typical and do not guarantee similar results.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leago AI Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Platform
• Your participation in any referral program

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

12.1 Platform Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12.2 Terms Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@referbonuses.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leago AI Inc. regarding the Platform.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
